- Use AI models (GPT-4, Gemini, Claude, etc.) to generate automated responses
- Manage product catalogs and process customer orders
- Track orders, manage deliveries, and handle customer support
- Access an inbox to view and manage all customer conversations
3 User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4 Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content through the AI agent
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the platform
- Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Violate Facebook, WhatsApp, or Instagram's platform policies
- Use the AI to generate harmful, discriminatory, or illegal content
5 AI-Generated Content
Our platform uses third-party AI models to generate responses. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated responses may not always be accurate or appropriate
- You are ultimately responsible for all messages sent through your connected pages
- You should review and customize the AI's system prompt to align with your business needs
- We are not liable for any damages resulting from AI-generated content
6 Orders & Transactions
When the AI processes orders on your behalf:
- You are responsible for fulfilling all orders placed through the system
- Product information, pricing, and availability must be kept up to date
- We are not responsible for any disputes between you and your customers
- Delivery and payment handling are your responsibility
7 Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, AI models integration, and branding, is the property of AI Agent SaaS. You retain ownership of your own content, products, and customer data. You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide the Service.
8 Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Loss of data or revenue
- Inaccurate AI responses
- Third-party service failures (Facebook, WhatsApp, AI providers)
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
9 Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
10 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
